Q1: What is a breast pump rental service?

A: A breast pump rental service allows parents to temporarily rent a breast pump for a specified period. This service is particularly beneficial for those who need a pump during the early stages of breastfeeding or when returning to work. Alternative to feel before buying.

Q3: Can I choose my rental start date, and how does the process work?

A: Yes, you may select your rental start date by checking the calendar on our rental page. The minimum rental period is 3 days, and 5 days for Sabah and Sarawak. The rental period will commence upon receipt of your breast pump. Please inform us once you receive the rental breast pump, and we will manually update the receiving date.

Q4: What does the breast pump rental include? I am concerned about the hygiene of the breast pump.

A: You will receive a complete set that includes the machine, tube, and funnel. All parts are changed every 3 – 6 months and are sterilized after being returned by previous users.

Q5: When will I be charged for my rental pump after selecting the rental date?

A: The full rental payment, including shipping, will be charged on the day your pump is reserved. If you wish to book the breast pump a week in advance, you can pay a deposit of RM50 to secure your slot. The remaining payment is due before delivery.

Q6: Can I receive a refund if I choose my own start date and then change my mind?

A: The RM50 deposit is non-refundable. However, if you encounter any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Q7: I am still pregnant; can I book a breast pump?

A: Yes, we recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment, as hands-on pumps are often fully booked due to limited availability. You may pay the RM50 booking fee to secure your reservation and contact us after delivery.

Q8: What if my baby arrives earlier than expected, and I need my pump sooner than my scheduled ship date?

A: Please contact our service team via WhatsApp at +60129390147 or email hello@lilyciousent.com to adjust your shipment date as needed, in accordance with our terms and conditions, at no additional cost.

Q9: How long does it take to receive my breast pump or product?

A: Standard orders will be processed within 1 business day if placed before 2 PM Malaysia time. Courier delivery typically takes 1-3 days, depending on your location and courier services. For self-pickup, please contact us to make arrangements.

Q10: Can I pick up or return the pump on my own after working hours or on weekends?

A: It is strongly recommended to pick up your pump during our operating hours to ensure that our team is available to assist with any issues. However, if you prefer self-pickup outside of these hours, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

Q11: What should I do if my pump or item was never delivered?

A: We utilize postage with insurance to cover the product during transit. A tracking number will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided during checkout, allowing you to track your shipment. If there are any issues, please contact us directly at +60129390147 for assistance.

Q12: How do I return my breast pump or UV steriliser?

A: You may arrange the return yourself or request that we arrange a reverse pickup for you, with a delivery charge applicable within Peninsular Malaysia. We strongly advise using a courier service with insurance for the return shipment. If the package is lost or damaged during transit, the lessee is responsible for the cost of the rental unit. Please provide us with a picture of the packaging before returning the item.

Q13: Do you ship to East Malaysia?

A: Yes, we currently ship to East Malaysia using POS MALAYSIA and JNT EXPRESS.

After Receiving the Pump

Q14: What should I do if my product doesn’t work?

A: Please refer to the manual for setup instructions. If you continue to experience issues, contact our service team via phone or WhatsApp at +60129390147 for assistance. We will guide you through troubleshooting and can provide a replacement if necessary.

Q15: How can I keep my pump if I need it for a longer period?

A: If you wish to extend your rental period, please inform us 2-3 days prior to the scheduled return date. Additional daily charges will apply for any delays in returning the pump.

Q16: How will I know when to return my product?

A: We will notify you in advance of the return date for the rented pump. Once you receive the product, please inform us, and we will provide the return date manually via WhatsApp.

Q17: Can I purchase the product that I am renting?

A: The unit you are renting is intended solely for rental purposes. If you have specific inquiries, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp. Additionally, we offer a variety of breast pump models for purchase on our website.
